Dainese 3x Knee & Elbow Pads

Now as our riding is getting a little more interesting it's now come to invest in some protection. Not only are these pads good looking they are going to protect me from serious woundage!! Both the 2008 3x knee & elbow pads feature:-

Hard plate material: Polypropylene

Soft padding material: Perforated polyethylene Composite protectors

Soft paddings Homologation CE EN 1621.1 Ultra-ventilated soft padding

Closing/Adjusting system: 3 adjustable straps

The 2008 3x elbow pads are of the same design and like the knee pads & are super comfortable, fit under your DH jersey and do not cause my limbs to boil over when wearing them. The Elbow pads were voted most wanted by MBUK so can't be a bad thing!

Troy Lee Descender Protector Suit

Troy Lee Descender Protector Suit

Designed for racers who demand the ultimate in protection and comfort while racing along at high speeds.

The Descender Protector features a sewn-in full mesh liner (which provides a comfortable fit with optimal air circulation); perforated high-density bio-foam; and 13 different polycarbonate plastic shoulder, elbow, forearm and spine guards. While the polycarbonate guards and bio-foam work marvels in absorbing harsh impact, a built-in kidney belt works to keep the suit in place, while also supporting the lower back.

 SixSixOne Kyle Strait Knee Pads

The slipper-fit Kyle Straits are, without a doubt, the most comfortable pad on test. Thanks in part to an asymmetric design and well-ventilated fabrics; they are truly a fit-and-forget garment. Although flexible, the main plastic knee shell is flimsy compared to the others on test, but protection is supplemented by foam padding on either side of the knee cap to guard against impacts such as top-tube knocks
